- 1 Class- assistant per person: skilled tango dancers hired to assist each participant (leader or follower) so that everybody can fully take advantage of the workshop and have a nice dance experience during the classes.

- Private Bus transfer to all milongas!
- Dance assistants (leaders & followers) for milongas: 1 dance assistant every 2 follower/ leaders (skilled tango dancers hired to attend the milongas with us).

- A day at the “Pampas” countryside to get to know another dimension of Argentinean culture and landscape, with “fiesta gaucha”, “asado criollo” (barbecue), and country activities such as riding horses and much more. All inclusive. Private transfer in/out included.
- A day at Tigre/Delta!!! Have a great experience in the open air. Our private bus will take us to San Isidro Cathedral on the way to Tigre boat station. Private boat ride through the Delta + Lunch on one of the Delta islands. Private transfer in/out included.

- A second deposit must be send by November 1, 2026 and a third deposit by December 7 – (amounts TBA).
- Air fares are not included.
- IF the group is less than 8 people (6 or 7 people) prices will go up a bit.
- If the group is less than 6 people, we will cancel the trip and refund all deposits.
- Do not buy your air fares till we confirm the tour is happening.
Cancellation Policy — Tango Tour January 2027
- If WE cancel the tour: all payments made will be fully refunded.
- First deposit (USD 1,500):
The first deposit is fully refundable until the tour is confirmed (confirmation requires at leas 6 booking deposits).
Refunds of the first deposit after the tour is confirmed will be calculated based on the final number of participants at the close of registration (October 31, 2026):- 6–7 participants: no refund
- 8–9 participants: 75% refund
- 10+ participants: full refund
- First deposit refunds, if applicable, will be issued after October 31, 2026.
Second payment (due November 1, 2026):

- Cancellation between October 31 and November 30, 2026→ 50% refund of payments made.
- Cancellation between December 1 and December 18, 2026 → 25% refund of payments made.
From December 19, 2026 onwards: no refunds.
